You're still welcome to send us your wax jacket for cleaning, repairs or reproofing during this time. Please note that, due to our annual summer closure, the turnaround time and return of your jacket may take a little longer than you are used to.
From Monday 27 July, we'll be back in the workshop and ready to give your favourite wax jacket the expert care and craftsmanship it deserves.

Service Request. How can we help your wax jacket?
Ready to give your wax jacket the professional care it deserves? Complete our Service Request form and we'll take care of the rest!
How It Works
It's simple. Send us your wax jacket, we'll take expert care of it, and return it to you looking its very best.
Step 1 – Complete the Service Request Form
Please complete the form with as much detail as possible. This helps us avoid delays and ensure we understand exactly how you'd like us to care for your jacket.
If you have any questions or specific request, please contact us before sending your jacket. We'll be happy to advise you and make a note of any special instructions before your jacket arrives.
Step 2 – Prepare Your Parcel
Pack your jacket securely and include:
- Your folded wax jacket (or other waxed garment)

A printed copy of the Service Request Form. You can download it here. If you're sending more than one jacket and each require a different treatment, please complete a seperate form for each jacket and place it inside the corresponding jacket pocket.

Step 3 – Send Your Parcel
Take your parcel to your preferred postal or courier service and choose a standard tracked delivery service.
Step 4 – Send Us Your Tracking Number.
Once your parcel has been dispatched, please send us your tracking number via WhatsApp or Signal. This is to help us identify your parcel quickly, please also include your postcode and housenumber (or your order refference if applicable).
Step 5 – Inspection & Scheduling
Once your parcel arrives, we'll carefully inspect your jacket and compare it with your Service Request Form. If we notice anything unexpected or identify additional work that may be required, we'll contact you before any works begins.
Only once everything has been agreed, will we start caring for your jacket.
Step 6 – Payment & Return Delivery
As soon as your jacket is ready, you'll automatically receive an email confirming completion together with your invoice. We will also send you a payment request via WhatsApp or Signal.
Once payment has been received, we will carefully package your wax jacket and return it via DHL, fully insured and with full tracking. You will automatically receive your tracking details as soon as your parcel has been dispatched.
Step 7 – Enjoy Your Jacket Again

(*) We strongly recommend having your jacket professionally rewaxed after cleaning. During the cleaning process, much of the existing wax finish is naturally removed. Professional rewaxing restores your jacket's water-repellent and windproof performance, ensuring it continues to protect you from the elements.
All prices exclude VAT (where applicable) and return shipping. All completed orders are returned via DHL, fully insured and tracked.
